Their work helps young Palestinians and Israelis build the confidence, networks, and practical experience needed to return to their communities as more effective advocates for change.

New Story Leadership plays an important role in the Palestinian and Israeli civil society ecosystem by connecting young leadership, storytelling, and policy engagement.
At a time when public discourse is often dominated by fear, polarization, and fixed narratives, NSL creates space for emerging leaders to be heard in places where decisions are shaped. By combining personal storytelling with professional placements, advocacy, and cross-community learning, NSL helps young Palestinians and Israelis move from inherited narratives toward shared responsibility and practical leadership.
